Ruth Ann Harnisch is an American investor, activist and philanthropist native Buffalo, New York. As a teenager, she worked as DJ for WYSL-FM in Buffalo under the name Karin Kelly. She briefly worked for Buffalo-based WGR-TV and WKBW-TV. After moving to Nashville, Tennessee, Ruth Ann Leach worked for WLAC-AM, as a television reporter and anchor for WTVF, and as a columnist for the Nashville Banner.
