Richard Francisco (born December 21, 1992) is a Mexican-American editor based in Southern California.

Since childhood, getting together with friends and making movies was how he connected with others. While attending San Diego's Southwestern College for a degree in Film and Television, he was recruited into the campus film club where he found a love for the precise story telling that editing allowed him.
