Noah Staggs, a native Californian, was born on July 20 in San Bernardino. He grew up in Simi Valley, California, where he graduated from Simi Valley High School in. Noah Staggs served in the Army where he graduated second highest cadet out of basic training at Fort Benning GA. He was stationed in West Germany. After serving 3 years Noah left the service and moved back to Simi Valley. He met his wife Ciara in 1999 and were married in 2002.
