Gina Sansom is an American film and television editor.

Sansom served as an editor on all ten episodes of Horace and Pete, the independently produced series created by and starring Louis C.K., and received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination in 2016 for Outstanding Multi-Camera Picture Editing for a Comedy Series for her work on the episode "Episode 103." Earlier in her career, Sansom worked extensively as an assistant editor and associate editor.
