He used to work with Matthew's father but was killed by General Doom, the main villian in this film. asks Matthew to team up with him as superheroes to take down General Doom, But since he's everywhere. They create a team. The Mayor. The Assassin. The Infamous. The Super-Guardian. and Kid-Killa.
