Tom is a shy and unpopular kid, who is often bullied. His insecurities lead him to fake stomach aches and seek the help of his neighbour friend, Dr. Gantz. His involvement in an unexpected accident and a misdose of a certain medicine leads Tom to activate 100% of his brain, making him exceptionally smart, alongside an unnerving crave of sweets.
