Sarah (Devinn Lane) is a small town cop working on a murder case that she believes is linked to the murderer who took the life of her sister just a year earlier. Sarah's captain feels that she is taking the case a little too personally to the point of borderline obsession, and takes her off the case, handing the case over to the FBI.
