Yoshiro Yazaki (Toshihiko Sakakibara), who is loved by Misato (Chikako Aoyama), the daughter of Iwami (Akira Nakao), a director of the Kanto Ichienkai, was forced into a difficult position between the Sumida River Association and Iwami.
