The situation triggers the suspicion that Detective Harris is working on the wrong side of the law, in the pocket of illicit crime boss Gibbs. After CIndy and Gigi escape from prison with the help of Officer Baker, Bishop and Jones go rogue in hopes of nabbing Gibbs and Harris and winning the approval of Chief Warren and prosecutor Hopkins.
